We are one of the leading integrated water and wastewater treatment solution providers in the PRC. Our principal business, undertaken by our four subsidiaries, namely, JSPY Contract, Yixing P&S, JSPY Design and JSPY Research can be categorised into the following segments :

The company has an impressive record of completed water and wastewater treatment projects in PRC. The Grade 1 Certificate for Contracting of Environmental Protection Project it obtained in 2002 meant that JSPY Contract could undertake projects of unlimited size. We have completed more than 300 projects of different scales.

Located in Yixing , Jiangsu Province, Yixing P&S, is the wholly foreign enterprise owned by ASIAENV. It is spread over a building complex of 10,000 square meters and its activities include manufacturing and fabrication such as metal processing, fibreglass moulding, plastic moulding and processing equipment.

The company holds both Grade A Certificate for Project Consultancy issued by the PRC’s National Development and Reform Commission and Grade A Certificate for Special Project Design by Ministry of Construction.

It has successfully designed over 300 water and wastewater treatment facilities including both municipal projects and industrial projects in brewing, paper, electronics, pharmaceuticals and chemical fertilizers.

Our research and development, design, promotion and application of environmental protection technology and equipment is undertaken by our subsidiary, Jiangsu Penyao Envrionmental Engineering Technology Research Centre Co., Ltd (“JSPY Research”), established in 2002.

It is the first provincial-level research and development centre for environmental engineering in PRC, funded under the auspices of the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Commission.

JSPY Research is a joint collaboration with Yixing Environmental Protection Industrial Park and four leading Chinese universities, namely the Molecular Science Research Institute of Zhejiang University, Nanjing Industrial University , the Environmental Engineering Design Institute of Nanjing Technological University and the Bio-engineering School of Jiangnan University.

In addition to developing new technology and equipment and promoting engineering applications in the environmental industry, JSPY Research also provides consultancy services in environmental technology and equipment systems.

Based in the Yixing Industrial Park , JSPY Research is currently involved in research and development work in the following areas :

Municipal sewage treatment and recovery technology;

Further to the announcement to the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) on 26th July 2004 in connection with the completion by the Company of the definitive Nantong City North-West District Water Supply BOT Contract with the Rugao City Government, our Company has entered into an agreement to acquire Yixing Xinhongyang Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd, a company incorporated in the People’s Republic of China and located in Yixing, Jiangsu Province to undertake production of fibre piping.
